John 4:23-24 says, “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship Him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth”
God loves you and wants to have a personal relationship with you through His Son, Jesus Christ. He wants us to grow in our knowledge of Him to avoid being confused by false doctrine.
Ephesians 4:13-15 says, “He gave…some pastors & teachers…for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ; Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine,…But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.”
